Simple and simply delicious!
This homemade rice pudding is so delicious that you won’t believe how simple it is to make. I enjoy eating mine warm as it comes right off of the stove.
However, you can most certainly serve it up chilled from the fridge. It makes a refreshing dessert or snack on those warm Summer nights.
Ingredients you will need:
- 3/4 Cup of Rice
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup of Sugar
- 1 Quart of Milk
- 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- 2 Cups of Water
- Cinnamon if Desired
I didn’t watch when Jean made the rice pudding. Is it better with whole milk or does skim work
I used whole milk. I am sorry but I have never tried it with skim milk.
I missed the video, do you cook/bake it in the oven after adding the eggs?
