Simple and simply delicious!

This homemade rice pudding is so delicious that you won’t believe how simple it is to make. I enjoy eating mine warm as it comes right off of the stove.

However, you can most certainly serve it up chilled from the fridge. It makes a refreshing dessert or snack on those warm Summer nights.

Ingredients you will need:

  • 3/4 Cup of Rice
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup of Sugar
  • 1 Quart of Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Cups of Water
  • Cinnamon if Desired

How to Make Rice Pudding

  1. Boil rice into two cups of water until water is almost consumed.
  2. Add one quart of milk. Cook until milk is almost consumed.
  3. Remove rice from stove.
  4. In a separate bowl; thoroughly mix 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

  1. Add mixture to rice and sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired. Eat it warm from the stove or chill it up in the fridge and enjoy!
