This DIY Chilly Willy gnome and wagon set will complete your Winter decor. It’s perfect for a tier tray! You get an UNFINISHED set including 1standing wagon and 1 gnome with his stand. Each one has 3 layers giving them a 3D appearance. The gnome is 6 inches tall and 3 inches wide with stand. The wagon is 5 inches tall and 5 inches wide. Each layer is laser cut from 1/8 inch wood. Gently work the gnome into his stand.You can decorate them any way you choose with paint, scrapbook paper, and embellishments. I chose to use acrylic paint and glitter for my finished project.
