We hope that you love the item(s) you’ve purchased from Gnome & Backyard.
We want your shopping experience to be cheerful and satisfying. However, we do understand that there are times that something doesn’t work the way you wished it would. For those times, we do have a return policy in place for unworn, unwashed and undamaged items.
Please take the time to read over the return policy and understand our stipulations for returning an item from our store that may not have worked for you:
- You will have 15 days from the time of delivery to return your item(s). After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for a return. This EXCLUDES items that are marked FINAL SALE. Any products marked “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned.
- Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
- Include your packing slip with your return. By doing this it makes it easier for us to find your order and issue a refund. If the packing slip is not included, please make a note of your order number on your return.
- Return Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you return items that are damaged or are not in original condition a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.
- Please allow our team 2-3 business days to process your return once it is received back at Gnome & Backyard.
If you receive a damaged item in the mail please contact us within three days of receiving the damaged item. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and please include photos of any damages.
