Orders will be processed within 1-4 business days of receiving the order.

All orders placed within the Continental United States always have FREE SHIPPING!

Gnome & Backyard currently provides only Domestic Shipping within the Continental United States.

You will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number for your order once we have processed the order. Tracking is included on all domestic orders. PLEASE make sure you type in the correct email information during the checkout process. If you type your email address incorrectly you will not receive an email confirmation for your order and you will not receive an email with the tracking number for your order.
Orders placed between Friday-Sunday will ship the following business day.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS INFORMATION before placing an order. If you realize you typed in the wrong address please email us at  as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct the address, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. If you’ve provided the wrong address information and we ship out your package and it gets shipped back to us you will be charged to reship the package to you a second time.


  • Delays in shipping.
  • Products lost during transit. If your package is lost during transit you will need to file a claim with the Post Office.
  • Products marked as delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.
